Eddie Van Halen
The founder of the hard rock band Van Halen is an absolute beast on the guitar. Gene Simmons of Kiss discovered Edward Van Halen and his brother Alex, who went on to form one of the most popular rock bands of all time, headlined by David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar. In 2012, Guitar World magazine ranked Van Halen first among the best guitarists of all time. On October 6, 2020, he, unfortunately, passed away.
