From CNN, she moved to MSNBC and currently hosts Your Business, which airs at 7:30 on Sunday mornings. Joy-Ann Reid

In spite of the situation and life experiences that she had in her childhood, Joy-Ann Reid did not stop reaching for her dreams. She was orphaned when she was only 17. From Colorado, she moved to the East Coast and attended Harvard University. She earned a degree in documentation in film and visual art and started working for a television station in southern Florida as an intern. After varying roles in radio and television, she joined the MSNBC network in 2014 and started anchoring and hosting her own show The Reid Report. She quickly made a name for herself thanks to her natural talent and charisma in front of the camera. Today, she anchors several shows on MSNBC.
