A native of New Brunswick, New Jersey, Susan Hendricks graduated with a degree in communications from Arizona State University. She started her career by working for a small station in Palm Springs and is currently an anchor for HLN. Aside from that, she is a substitute anchor for CNN and had appeared occasionally on CNN Pipeline. She replaced Lynn Smith as the host of Weekend Express and also hosts Morning Express with Robin Meade when Robin Meade is not around.

Even though Stephanie Ruhle had no broadcasting aspirations at first, a unique career path has led her to broadcasting prominence. After she graduated from Lehigh University, she had a successful career in finance for almost fourteen years. Then, she made a bold career move. She is now an anchor and Senior Business correspondent of MSNBC Live and Velshe and Ruhle. Aside from regular appearances onscreen, Ruhle continues to be active in the finance industry and offer her services as an independent consultant to Fortune 500 corporations.
