In most cases, the parents attempt to move forward, which is undoubtedly an arduous task. Most of the time, it is the support of friends and family that allows you to move forward. However, there is an exception in today’s story. Unexpectedly, it was the late daughter who assisted in this.

The name of our protagonist is Taylor Smith. Taylor was a wonderful little girl who lived with her family in Johnson City, Tennessee. Her two parents and her younger brother, whom she adored. She was a curious young lady who was always up to something and had an abundance of imagination and energy. Her parents were astounded by her inventiveness and seemingly limitless optimism. Taylor was starting to feel a little under the weather. She had flu symptoms at first, but they were mild. She had a headache and a 37.5-degree fever. It wasn’t the first time she’d become ill, and her parents were unfazed. They decided that the best thing they could do was get her to the hospital just to be safe. That’s exactly what they did.

They took her to the hospital, where the doctors, after a few tests, came to the same conclusion as the family: it was just the flu. They could see it wasn’t a serious situation, but you can never be too sure. That is more accurate than they could have imagined.

They were worried that she might have complications that they wouldn’t be able to handle. Regrettably, they were correct.

After some time had passed, they began to realize that it was true. Taylor, their beloved, was no longer with them. In one way or another, they had to deal with this fact. They didn’t dare to enter her room after the funeral. None of them are true. It was still too recent a memory. As a result, they ignored her room for several days.

They were terrified of what they would find inside. Almost everything they’d see would most likely be too painful for them to bear. Everything would serve as a reminder of what a wonderful person Taylor was and how much potential she possessed. It would be difficult for anyone, let alone her parents, to deal with this. However, they eventually realized that they couldn’t ignore this room indefinitely. They had to take a step forward when they were ready.

Finally, the time came for them to build up their courage to enter Taylor’s room. After a few months, it was time to go through Taylor’s belongings. They had decided to donate the majority of her belongings to charity. Taylor was such a good girl that she would have been content knowing that her belongings could bring joy to at least another child. Taylor had a surprise for her parents in this room.

They began going through her belongings, determining that they were no longer useful to them and that they would be given to children in need. Then it was time for Taylor’s toys, which included a variety of unusual items that she enjoyed playing with. That is why they lacked the courage to approach them. Even though it had been a few months, it was still too painful for them to look at her. They had no choice but to do it. There was a hidden envelope behind one of the pictures. At first, they had no idea what they were looking at. It looked like a formal envelope you might get from the post office. However, once they began reading the contents of the envelope, they quickly realized what they were holding. They burst into tears right away because it was proof of how incredible Taylor is.

On the outside of the letter, it stated that this letter should not be opened by anyone other than her unless she specifically instructed otherwise and that it should not be opened until 2023. That was a real conundrum. Should they honor their daughter’s request or disregard it? Under the circumstances, they assumed Taylor would want them to read it. So, after some deliberation, they decided to open it. They were deeply moved by what they discovered inside.

It was a letter from Taylor in the present to Taylor in the future. Taylor had many creative ideas, so it was only natural for her to do something like that. Her parents were curious about the child they had lost, and the letter they received was a perfect summary of who Taylor was. She even makes amusing remarks because she expects Allana to be 11 years old by that time. While reading this letter, Tim and Ellen were both crying and laughing at the same time. It proved Taylor’s existence. Perhaps she was destined to be a comedian.

Even if she had, she orders herself to go pray and be as close to God as possible just to be sure. All of her assertions, however, are not without foundation.

She reminds herself that God bears the brunt of humanity’s suffering. Even though he was sinless, he sent his son to earth to be tortured, mocked, and crucified. He had committed no wrongdoing. He gave his life so that others could find salvation. This was the reason she needed to pray, and there was no excuse for her not to. Then she gives another order, indicating the source of her letter’s inspiration.

She begins to wonder about Doctor Who. Taylor was a huge fan of the famous British television show about time travel. She checked to see if it was still on. It would have been a blessing for her if it was still on, but even if it wasn’t, she was curious as to which regeneration they ended the series with. All of her burning questions were answered. But there was one thing she wanted future Taylor to do for her.

She advised her to watch a bit of Doctor Who. This is most likely the series that inspired her to write this letter. Given the series’ use of time travel concepts, it’s understandable that she would be influenced. She probably realized that the best way to travel through time is to write. With the words on this piece of paper, her past self would travel to the future—a nice little loophole in the fabric of time and space.
