A neighbor of the person who owns this dog thought it would be a good idea to send a text message to the dog’s owner to let them know that it was simply too cold outside to let the dog run free all day. As is typically the case, pet owners have the best understanding of their own animals; accordingly, the owner of the dog decided to send this photo to the suspicious neighbor.

It is extremely frustrating to think that one’s laundry is finished and then return to find that some of the items have become wet.
