The Air
In order to ensure that the bunker would be able to stay above the waterline, it was imperative that a sump pump be installed. Additionally, the installation of air vents was essential in order to supply air to the entirety of the bunker. Because of this, Wayne made the decision to set up two vents measuring 12 inches each.

Surrounded With Soil
Wayne wished for his bunker to blend in with his lawn when it was finished. Because of this, he filled it with premium soil in order to foster the growth of a few different kinds of plants and grass. His objective was to end up with a finished product that didn’t give the impression that there was a huge gaping hole in the first place.
