It seems that someone has the wrong end of the stick here. Everyone should love and respect their own body, and body confidence is great. However, telling people that the best dress to wear is no dress at all, might send the wrong message. Also, we can’t imagine it will make more sales for the store.

New Paintjob
Well, there are two ways the driver can interpret what has happened here. Either they can see the free, new paintjob that they now have on their car. Or they can simply get mad and upset at how people can be so ridiculous that instead of moving the car, they simply painted right over it! It is quite funny, though.
