Brigitte Bardot
Brigitte Bardot was initially a dancer. However, things changed for her when she tried her hand at acting in the ‘50s. She starred in the Robert Vadim film called And God Created Women. One critic said the performer is “undeniably a creation of superlative craftsmanship.” She made such a huge impact when she entered the international stage that even Simone de Beauvoir wrote a feminist essay with the title Brigitte Bardot and the Lolita Syndrome. She is an animal rights activist now!
Barbara Eden
Barbara Eden was the star who took on the lead role in the TV show I Dream of Jeannie. Initially, the creators wanted to cast a brunette in the role, but she managed to charm them enough to snag the part. Honestly, we think this was a great choice that benefited everyone involved.
