The Police
Three armed cops entered the premises and recognized Susan before her doctor could finish speaking. “It’s THEM!” said the doctor, motioning to Susan. All three cops pulled out their firearms and carefully pointed them at Susan, who was suddenly dizzy. What the hell was going on?!

As the officers concentrated their attention on her, Susan hastily raised her hands. She was nearly in tears and pleaded with them to tell her what was happening. The infant was instructed to remain back by the police since the holes in her nasal thumb had taken up about half of her nose.
